Thirteen regions in France, Portugal and Spain have joined forces to market their territory on an international level amongst North American investors. The program took place from 2005 to the end of 2007.
Initiated by Ouest Atlantique, the Western France Development Agency, Euratlantic was a joint project for the promotion of French, Portuguese and Spanish regions among North American investors. It was financed by the European Union and the regions within the framework of the INTERREG IIIB Atlantic Area program and its fourth priority, which is “Strengthening and promoting the identity of the Atlantic in a global context.”
